Could you briefly explain how the partnership came about? What made you switch to NauSYS exclusively?

We looked into NauSYS as a partner for our reservation system after trying various other vendors. Many of our local competitors seemed to be using it, so we decided to give NauSYS a try. So far, we believe we made the right decision.

What are the advantages you see being present on NauSYS, and what can you achieve now that you couldn’t before?

I think the biggest advantage is the response time from their technical team for changes and modifications. Even though we are located in different countries, the team at NauSYS has been super responsive to assist us.

How is NauSYS a good solution for your whole fleet and team, is there something you particularly like with NauSYS?

NauSYS is great for our fleet with multiple locations. The calendar management is easy to see and understand and allows us not to duplicate boats (to put in multiple destinations). I think there is a lot we can still learn about using this system, but feel that it will be a great platform to expand on what we do and offer to brokers.
