We are happy you joined the NauSYS Premium family. Could you explain the reasons why our system is your primary choice and what you like most about it?

In the course of 17 years that our little family company has been in the charter business, we have tried many different solutions and systems, and were never fully satisfied. There was always something, an issue or a problem that nobody thought about. After joining NauSYS, we stopped needing anything else. The system itself is simple, fast, user-friendly and overall, very easy to get used to. Although NauSYS keeps growing quite a lot, the quality has stayed the same. The main positives are that we have the full backoffice and additional features to help us finalize our booking processes. We are just happy to be able to continue our partnership stronger than ever before. I would describe it, or better compare it to smooth sailing. NauSYS has always been there for us whenever we had problems with new regulations, invoicing, reservations or some organizational issues. The NauSYS staff is always friendly, fast to respond and they always manage to find solutions to our problems. What difficulties did you experience, that you were able to ‘resolve’ by using our system?

When it comes to working in charter business, especially in those hectic summer days you will come across all kinds of problems with invoices and reservations and although they sometimes might seem unsolvable, when cooperating with NauSYS you will realize that almost all situations can be easily solved to the immense satisfaction of you, your colleagues and your clients.
